I’ve had this for a few months now, and it’s holding up better than I expected. I use it every day and just clean it like I normally would, and so far there are no cracks, loose pieces, or signs of it wearing out. The fit and finish still feel sturdy, which I really appreciate. Happy with it overall.

I asked for a refund it felt like it took forever and a day. I had to email more than once just to get a straight answer, which was beyond annoying. I did eventually get my money back, so at least there’s that, but the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be

I ordered from resetsmile.com last week, it was painless. I get annoyed fast when a site makes me dig around for basic stuff, but I found what I needed without wasting a bunch of time.
The checkout steps were straightforward, my payment went through without any weird issues, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I also liked that the shipping info was shown before I paid, because I hate surprises at the end.
Nothing over the top, just a simple order process that worked like it should. I’d use them again, especially since I didn’t have to sit there clicking through nonsense.

My scan appointment was alright overall. The staff were nice, but they kept me waiting longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. The aftercare instructions also felt kind of rushed, so I left feeling like they could’ve explained things better.

I ordered this thinking it would arrive within the timeframe they showed, but the delivery date kept getting pushed back and the updates weren’t super clear. It did show up eventually, and everything was fine once it arrived, so I don’t want to make it sound terrible, but the waiting part was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t rely too heavily on the estimated dates

"Could use more dentist involvement"
The process started off easy, but as I got further in, I didn’t feel like there was enough real oversight from a dentist. A lot of the replies felt generic, and I had to ask more than once to get clearer answers. I think other customers might feel the same way, especially since this is about your teeth and you want to feel confident someone qualified is really checking in. It might be fine for very simple cases, but for me, I didn’t feel comfortable enough to keep going

My retainer from resetsmile.com showed up without any issues, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just expected the fit to be a little more exact, especially since that’s kind of the whole point. It felt tight in one area and a bit loose in another, so I found myself adjusting it more than I wanted to. Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like if I’m wearing something regularly, it should sit comfortably.
Customer service was polite and did respond, which I appreciated, but it took some back and forth to get anywhere. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and the retainer is still usable, so I don’t think a super low rating would be fair. I’m giving it 3 stars because it works enough, but the fit definitely could have been better

"Financing wasn't as helpful as I hoped"
So... the financing plans seemed good at first, but once I looked closer, the monthly payments were still higher than I could manage. The approval process also felt a little confusing, and I wish the costs had been laid out more clearly from the start.

"Good results, but the delays were frustrating"
The final results turned out fine, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the whole treatment took longer than I was originally told, and the updates along the way were slow. What made it more annoying was getting those canned apology responses that didn’t really explain anything or make me feel like anyone was actually looking into it. I just wish they had communicated better and been more upfront about the delays.

"Pretty good, was sore in the beginning"
It take me a few days to get used to this, and my gums was a little sore at first. Nothing too terrible though. After I wear it more, the fit got better and felt more comfortable. Overall I’m happy with it, 4 stars from me.
